Dr. Robert Wanner has recently completed his PhD in Archaeology at the University of Leicester (U.K.)!!! He received his Bachelor of Arts in Classical Archaeology and History at the University of Evansville, and his Master of Arts in Classical Archaeology at Tufts University.

In addition to his work on the Porolissum Forum Project (since 2006), he has conducted archaeological work in the United States and Italy (Sangro Valley Project).

His research interests include colonization, frontier studies, rural communities, archaeological ethics, and globalization and post-colonialism as they relate to archaeological theory.
